7 Things You Don't Know About Me...

It seems that in the last week there has been a trend (meme) on many social networking sites of tagging people to share "7 Things You Don't Need To Know About Me". I am now tagged and feel the need to keep it going. Kind of like a non-chain letter...

So...here are 7 things your really don't need to know about me, but now you will

1. I am a self-taught unicycle rider

2. I can juggle (only 3 items)

3. My father things he is Tevye (Fiddler On The Roof) because he has 5 daughters. I am the 5th...the movie never says what happens to the last daughter!

4. My husband and father are both Shrine Clowns

5. I am on the board for the State of Nebraska Holocaust Commemoration

6. I have lost 50 pounds in the last year

7. I have a serious addiction to Diet Pepsi

Okay. That's just a bit of T.M.I. for you. Now I throw down the challenge to a few others:

Beth Still
Jennifer Kraft
Nedra Isenberg
Amy Cordova
Meg Griffin
Teri Rossman

Lori, I was strumming along with your 7 things .. when I got to the part about your father and husband both being shrine clowns ,, my lips parted and the words "how weird" came out. Surely there must be more to that story. Did they embark on this side career together .. or is it a fluke coincidence?

Congrats on the 50lbs ... that is SUPER!! And I am a diet coke junkie,,, thanks for sharing!

;) Frank

Here is my blog post. Not sure if it will link or not. http://bethstill.edublogs.org/2008/12/25/seven-things/

Since I wrote that last week I have thought of a few more things:
1) I will only drink Pepsi from Pizza Hut.

2) I hate beer. Eeeewww. YUCK!

3) I love frozen drinks. (Think we can find any in DC?)

4) I was accident prone when I was little which is why my grandpa called me Calamity Jane until well into my teens.

5) I hate being in water where I cannot see my feet.

6) I am trying to lose weight.

7) I was a fantastic bowler in elementary school. I was asked to join the traveling team when I was just 11 years old. I was good enough the coach fudged on my age so I could join early!

Thanks for sharing Lori! Like Frank, I was wondering more about the clowns. I'm with you on the Diet Pepsi, although I'm making a serious effort to cut back.
