Today my nephew Noah graduated from UNL. His teachers in elementary school said he would never make it because of being autistic. Well, they were wrong! Noah graduated with many honors and will be going to graduate school at Northwestern. He will be on track to get his PhD in neuro-mathematics. So, those who had doubt....I have some choice words to share with you privately!

Today my nephew Noah graduated from UNL. His teachers in elementary school said he would never make it because of being autistic. Well, they were wrong! Lori I was stopping by to thank you for signing up for the #NECC09 Tweet-Up, and I'm happy I caught your announcement about your nephew Noah. When I was in high school I worked with a family that had an autistic son. At the time the "experts" said not to expect much from him, but he has persevered and exceeded those expectations by a huge margin. I'm very happy for you and your family!
