Today my nephew Noah graduated from UNL. His teachers in elementary school said he would never make it because of being autistic. Well, they were wrong! Noah graduated with many honors and will be going to graduate school at Northwestern. He will be on track to get his PhD in neuro-mathematics. So, those who had doubt....I have some choice words to share with you privately!

Today, as a part of national teacher appreciation week DEN members were given a free trial of Discovery Education Science. Needless to say. It took me all of 5 minutes to start using it! So, I fired up the Wiimote Whiteboard and the lesson was on...
